The challenge

Jersey Post was a successful logistics company for on-island deliveries and import/export from Jersey. After acquiring Heathrow International Customs, Fraser Freight and other companies, Jersey Post wanted to transform into a global e-commerce company that could support larger clients looking for freight and customs out of the entire UK. They wanted to demonstrate the breadth of their new end-to-end service and secure large customers.

The creative

Jersey Post became JPGL, and we communicated this new identity in a direct mail piece with an unusual triangle shape that matched their new logo; demonstrated direction with the shape of an arrow or play button; and represented the three major areas of their business: freight, customs and warehousing. This was supported with social media posts, thought pieces and blogs, and a PPC campaign.

The results

The PPC campaign generated a pipeline of leads for JPGL, which is spring-boarding into a full digital campaign to further raise awareness of the brand in 2023.
